It’s only appropriate that our first blog be about our customers. StorLogic shares the same principles as its customers… customer satisfaction with a friendly attitude.
We value all our customers, and thought that we would start with the customers who have been with us the longest.
All businesses want to make their customers satisfied with the services or products they provide but to do so with an approach that fosters a good working relationship for everyone involved is just as important. Take for instance Alpha Chemical Limited (www.alphachemical.ns.ca), they bend over backwards to assist and create long lasting relationships with their customers because they know that a healthy relationship is a long-lasting one. StorLogic has been providing IT consulting and web design for them since 2001. We have setup their network from scratch three different times due to the relocation of their offices. Alpha is always coming up with new ways to streamline their business and StorLogic is always willing to help them achieve this goal. The owner, Eric Efford, and staff of Alpha have always treated StorLogic as if we were one of their own employees, whether it is was a Christmas party invitation or a summer gathering.
Another long-term customer of StorLogic is Canadian Maritime Engineering (www.cmelimited.com). The atmosphere at CME is like being with friends you’ve known since high school. We rarely ever leave CME without a smile on our face. We have been providing IT support as well as web design for them since 2002. The growth of CME has been huge since we started with them. First was the new CME Protective Coatings, Construction & Automotive division located on the Waverley Road (right next to the poplar MicMac Tavern). This required a remote connection to the main office by incorporating VPN tunnels. Next there was CME Marine Works in Ketch Harbour. A simple small network was all that was needed here. Of course the owner, Tony Kennedy, didn’t stop there. Tony and his business partner in central Canada always have their eyes and ears open for another business venture that is a good fit for the services they provide.
StorLogic’s commitment to local businesses that support each other in an economy such as we have today is what makes companies like CME and Alpha a pleasure to do business with.
